Disliked:The people My children and I experienced some of the most blatant racism, and no child should ever have to endure that. Children should never be made to feel like they’re the problem when they have done nothing wrong. The way we were treated made it feel like we were living in the days of segregation. It was hurtful, unacceptable, and something no family should have to experience. I will not be booking here again. During the night, the front desk called my room to say we were being too loud. I explained that my children were asleep and that the noise was actually coming from the room next to us. Despite this, I was told they didn’t care because the complaint had been made against my room number. The situation was handled unfairly and left me feeling singled out. It was especially upsetting because my children were sleeping, and no effort was made to verify where the noise was actually coming from before accusing us. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend staying here.
