Marriott in Name Only?

Liked:The beds were extremely comfy, but the services fell a bit short. The hotel had a QR code for restaurants / room service, but the menu was out of date and no longer applicable. The Bonvoy App listed a room service menu, but when we attempted to order, we were sent to the restaurant who informed us they were not doing room service. Finally, they no longer clean the rooms daily and the front desk failed to inform us when we checked in. We requested cleaning mid-day when heading out, but they didn’t come by about 4pm.
