Underrated staff

Liked:The room, bathroom and facilities in general very good, quite a lot of space, extremely small corridors

Disliked:I booked here because booking recommended it to me in terms of price quality, however, the address on the maps was difficult to find, I arrived after 9 pm because it was a spontaneous reservation, the staff was completely confused about the reservation, they said they had nothing pending for that day, the employee did not check the computer even once to check if there was a confirmation email, He didn't know how to identify my booking number, he asked me strange questions, when he saw my email, he had to call 3 more people to help him know if they gave me access or not, I was waiting for more than an hour, he repeatedly asked me to teach him to show him photos of the place because he didn't believe that he had my reservation made, I claimed that there were other suits nearby that if I wasn't confused, after a long time he finally gave me access to a room, but fearful, everything was so strange that the truth is that I slept with insecurity, I don't recommend it only for this type of staff.

I did really enjoy my stay even though there were some minor inconveniences. Staff was amazing!

Disliked:There was no breeze on the roof so it was brutally hot! The bathroom fan and light were motion sensor, which is great, but it only stayed on for a very short time so I was always waving my arms to get the light back on. The room was a bit dark and there was a closed in patio so no air flow and nothing of interest to see if you wanted to have your coffee out there. Only had warm water a couple of times but that’s not a deal breaker.
