Recepcionistas generalmente amables y permitieron early check-in; sin embargo hubo problemas de comunicación y un incidente donde el recepcionista intentó cobrar un supuesto impuesto ambiental.
Muy céntrico; repetidas menciones de buena ubicación y cercanía a supermercados, playas y opciones para comer.
Habitaciones amplias y cama principal cómoda; sin embargo se reportan literas con colchones muy duros y algunos muebles (ej. mueble de cocina) en mal estado.
Falta de elevador y estacionamiento, internet inestable y problemas de presión/agotamiento de agua en algunas habitaciones (4° piso).
Varios comentarios indican buen precio y buena relación calidad-precio.
