Totally unacceptable. Ruined my vacation. Cannot recommend. In fact : AVOID this hotel.

Liked:There is nothing to like about that hotel. Deceptive advertising and Booking.com is doing nothing about it. This hotel bills itself on Booking.com as "Illusion Express Attraction Hotel Deluxe and a Four Star Hotel. It is nothing of that. I would not even give it one star.

Disliked:First, I noted on arrival the the property is for sale. There was a sign on the window to that effect. Hotel rooms have one window onto the hallway. No fire exit. To me, it is a fire trap. Entering the hotel, two employees at reception. Both from Argentina do not speak English or any other language apart from Spanish. I was shown my room. No lungage runner on the bed. Only one white bed sheet. Desk with no chair. Next morning, I woke up to cockroaches on the floor and no hot water to shaver or shower. Went to the front desk to report. They called maintenance and said they would come later in the day. Then breakfast. Served from the reception area in a box. I was told to go eat at the bar. Five stools all occupied. I had meager sandwich while standing in the bar area. This is total deceptive advertising on the part of Booking.com. This hotel is nothing of a four star deluxe hotel. I would not even give them one star.

Worst experience ever

Liked:Maybe I can only say that the location was good.

Disliked:The water they are using is from the sea. It is salty and sometimes some sand comes out of it. The staff is the worst. The “breakfast” ( that is not a real breakfast) is advertised to be at 8am and they are actually giving it at 8:30. They don’t have enough breakfasts for everyone, it is supposed to be from 8 to 12 and once we arrived at 10 and there was nothing already. The breakfast was only fruit or a bread with ham
