Amazing property, wonderful staff, I’ll be back!

Liked:The property was very clean. The beds were comfortable and always well made. The restaurants were always neat and the staff hospitable. I had a suite and it was AMAZING!

Disliked:Sometimes some of the food was overcooked. There was variety but it seemed to be the same exact variety dishes every night. Would be nice to switch it up a bit. Also the main pool was missing a few floor tiles and my friend cut her foot. Definitely dangerous… needs to be fixed ASAP.

Best staff ever

Liked:The hotel was lovely, and rooms generous and clean, but by far the best thing about this resort is the staff. Everybody was so friendly and fantastic at their job, the bar staff were so quick and skilled and the entertainment staff were so engaging and fun (Gustavo's latin dance classes were a trip highlight). And the management were fantastic, a family member was ill while visiting and everybody was so kind and helpful, with super quick and caring response, with people checking in even days later.

Disliked:A shuttle bus to Playa del Carmen/the airport would be a great addition
