Very nice rooms and friendly guest service area

Liked:Room had a large fridge, well-equipped kitchenette with sink, and the ability to request an electric hot plate. Lots of desk style space to put things, a desk and office chair, a sitting area with a sofa(? Pullout) separating it from the sleeping area with a curtain. The curtain also shielded the sleeping space from the lights in the sitting and the bathroom area. Lobby had self-serve apples, hot water, coffee, and tea available throughout the day, a welcome bag with water bottles for the guests.

Disliked:Breakfast was ok. Hot food (biscuits, eggs, sausage, etc) was lukewarm. Egg patties and the boiler eggs had an unexpected weird texture. Oatmeal was alright. Also, there was a smoking area just outside the main door of the hotel. Unwelcome for people entering or leaving.

Very nice place, it just needs to be cleaned better.

Liked:Breakfast was good, but not enough gluten free or fruit options. Also, the dining area was really nice! The location was great.

Disliked:The appliances in the room and the bedding did not look clean.

I didn't stay but you took my money. Not happy.

Liked:Never got to eat breakfast because I didn't get to stay there. You took my money but I didn't stay. I stayed across the street and it was very decent. If you hadn't taken my money, I would have come to you

Disliked:I didn't like the fact that you charged me for a full night of a 100. And $50 when I did not stay there. I got in late and I stayed across the street and it was very nice So I can't say how your facility was because you only charged me for a room. That I didn't even stay in
