Very enjoyable and would stay again

Liked:Easy to find with parking. Had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, nice hot shower. Close to the centre of Waterloo- 2 minute drive or 15-20 minutes walk.

Disliked:Unfortunately you could hear the person above moving around and talking upstairs but it did not spoil our stay as it was not a problem at night.

Would highly recommend, no hassle entry, everything supplied and communication was clear and prompt.

Liked:I truly enjoyed the rapid response from the property owners regarding any inquires we had.

Disliked:Nothing comes to mind. It was truly enjoyable.

Liked:Central location

Disliked:Barely any dishes, no dish towels, no scissors. 5 kpods for 4 people for 2 days. Furniture is falling apart. A bolt literally fell out of the chair when I sat in it. I turned it around and more bolts were missing. Dishwasher racks were broken. Hair in the shower.

Liked:I loved how close it was to everything, it was a beautiful apartment and really easy to get inside cause of the keypad.

Disliked:I have nothing poor to say about it honestly.
