Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Turndown service has been discontinued. Guests will be given a lei greeting at the property. Resort Fee includes the following: - Maika’i Grocery Discount Card - In-room coffee maker with Welcome Packet of Maui coffee with condiments - In-room washer and dryer with laundry detergent - full kitchen stocked with paper towels and dish detergents, bathroom toiletries, use of beach towels - Destination taste of POG – Passion/Orange/Guava juice blend - Destination Discovery Experience Cards - Maps of Maui, Concierge service for consultation and to arrange dining reservations - Spa and beauty appointments - Tennis or golf tee times - Printing of Boarding Passes - Incoming Faxes, Unlimited Local Calls, WiFi Internet access, Self-Parking, All Homeowner Association “Check-In” Fees as appropriate. Airport shuttle must be arranged in advance with the property (guest to provide estimated time of arrival), charges apply. Guests rooms will have housekeeping services every third day of stay. Additional housekeeping services may be purchased. If you book a stay of 21 nights or longer, different cancellation and deposit polices apply. Upon confirmation of your booking, the property will reach out to you with all relevant details. A deposit may be required at the property.
