Amazing Stay

Liked:The room was incredibly clean and stock with kitchen essentials for a night in. The breakfast was very good with a great selection. We enjoyed the pool and lounge area as well. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Fine hotel by the highway

Liked:A good hotel in a convenient location for Rochester and if you are heading to Buffalo. The breakfast was particularly nice.

Excellent service, cleanliness, everything!

Liked:Exemplary service, clean, quiet, exceptional stay altogether. They were incredibly accommodating our last minute schedule change due to a medical issue and they also allowed us to check in early at no extra charge. Just super kind folks at the front desk all around, especially the manager. Just thank you so much! Highly recommend.

A Great Experience!

Liked:We were so pleased with this hotel! The staff was courteous and friendly and even upgraded us to a two bedroom two bath suite! The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Good location too. Would definitely recommend this Residence Inn.
