Liked:I spent over $200 on the night and I couldn’t even take a shower because the water in the bathtub would not turn on. I called the front desk several times nobody came and fixed it. They claimed they were gonna give me a discount on my price and never did so. I went home without bathing and that right there is absolutely ridiculous

Overall it was a good experience that matched my expectations.

Liked:Great value for money, great location and very friendly staff. The view from my room was also very good.

Disliked:The Wi-Fi was not working, the hotel is slow in responding over Booking.com messages, I did not get a receipt on my check out, I needed to ask via Booking.com message and the hotel is slow in responding.

Disliked:loud people next door and in hallway, and I was very unimpressed with the unprofessionalism in the man who checked us in at the front desk. You need to talk to your employees about how to be professional and welcoming with guests.
