Best place to visit EVER

Liked:All I can say is this place is nothing short of amazing. The service is above and Beyond, it’s clean and gorgeous. Our waiter Emanuel at the beach was top notch. We couldn’t ask for someone better. I hope he is here next year.

Liked:Just returned from another fabulous holiday at EPM. We have visited this hotel many times before but keep returning because it never disappoints. It has all the ingredients for a successful holiday - lovely beach, great pools, good food, fun entertainment but above all the fantastic service from the staff who work tirelessly and for whom nothing is too much trouble. I would particularly mention the Guest Services Manager, Jacqueline Zacarias, who ensures that your holiday is perfect from first to last.

The Best of the Best!!

Liked:We have traveled to no fewer than 50 all inclusive resorts and this one is right at the top! From arrival to our departure everythin was wonderful, especially the employees. Our arival and departure bellman, Doroteo, allowed us to see the quality of the resort management, he was so friendly. The Club level staff on the beach and pool went above an beyond, Rogelio, Jesus, Edgar and especially trainee, Aldo couldn't have been any better with their service. I must recognize Gina at the French restaurant, also Antonio and Julian at the Mexican restaurant. There are so many other from hosekeeping to the balance of the empoyees I need to give a BIG Thank you for a wonderful holiday. Gary
