Liked:Great place- could use a.bit more entertainment for young adults more seating outside, more affordable outside activities, but overall great experience

Liked:The customer service was great, the concierge was very responsive. The food choice was good, there was one seafood evening with minimal vegetarian choice, the next morning however there was a veggie Thai for breakfast. The cocktails and drinks were very good and kids loved the icecream. The main lobby was amazing with strong AC, and overall we really enjoyed our stay there.

Disliked:The swimming pools were very warm and the only one that were cooler were the swim-up pools, reserved for the guests staying there. The swimming pools were a bit rough to walk on. The AC in the buffet restaurant could have been stronger as it was very hot at times. We had a racoon poo on the terrace, which stayed there for the whole day, before we left and we also lost our swimming clothes, which we left on sun lounges overnight. Unfortunately they were not found. There could have been a bit more entertainment in the evening, after the show, as most people just made their way to the lobby for a drink in absence of any other options.
