Nice hotel but not a reliable publicity for the rooms

Disliked:Staff do not know English !!!! We reserved via booking. In the pictures you clearly see a balcony in the room. We got a room without a balcony. They asked for an extra charge for this. Even when we showed the pictures in booking. Not a reliable publicity. Disapointing !!!

Excellent stay at Olympic Palace

Liked:Excellent stay! We felt welcomed and well cared for from the moment we walked into the resort. The staff was attentive and friendly, the suites were spacious and beautifully appointed, and the food was excellent. Service throughout our stay was outstanding. The resort is clean, well-maintained, and tastefully updated. Thank you for taking such great care of us and making our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to returning in the future.

A beautiful, clean, and comfortable hotel with excellent service and delicious breakfasts.

Liked:Beautiful and very comfortable hotel with impeccable cleanliness - towels were changed every day. The staff was lovely, friendly, and welcoming, and the welcome drink was a very nice surprise. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent - during our 3-night stay there were different dish variations every day, and all the products were always fresh and delicious.

Disliked:The only small disappointment was the bed setup. Since we were traveling as a couple, I checked the photos and description before booking and expected a double bed. In reality, it was two single beds pushed together with a gap in between, which was not very comfortable for sleeping together. However, for a short stay of 3 nights it was manageable and did not ruin the overall experience.
