We enjoyed Karlovy Vary, and the hotel was part of it.

Liked:Very clean, good staff. Live piano was the cherry on top. We will surely be there again. Swimming pool is small but enough if you are not an avid swimmer. Facilities are more than enough.

Disliked:WiFi is the only low point from our perspective. If people coming for business, they might have some issues. Also YouTube, Netflix are all blacklisted.

Peaceful weekend in Karlovy Vary

Liked:Good choice of breakfast buffet; quiet rooms with comfortable beds; central location

Beautiful building offering great river views

Liked:Great location along the river with views onto the Grandhotel Pup, Diana Tower, Peter the Great viewpoint, and all the beautiful Baroque buildings. The staff were very accommodating and were able to provide nearby parking. The breakfast spread is large and they have a few rooms offering plenty of space and also views onto the river.

Disliked:The AC does not work very well. So, being on the 5th floor, the rooms can get very warm regardless if you open the windows and balcony door.

Liked:Great hotel, great service from the workers, great breakfast, nice soundproof rooms, good parking behind the hotel. We LOVED this hotel.

Disliked:The swimming pool can be much better for the price. Its a really simple and small one and on the 2 days we swam the water was a bit cold ish.
