Disliked:Slow app response Room was not cleaned overnight, beds untouched. Towels missing Room was located 11 stairs down. No one to help with luggage even for pay. Lifts were not working had to carry all the luggage 4 floors.

Liked:The location was great and the room was huge, lots of space. Breakfast was pretty decent too.

Disliked:We had no hot water both nights. First night it was late after 9:30pm so not upset nothing could be done after informing the front desk.. The next day still the same told the front desk again when we left for the day. When we got back it was slightly warmer but still not hot. Ended up showering in the sauna area after being in the sauna. Even the showers by there were luke warm but it didn't feel so bad after the hot sauna.

Disliked:The spa too small and the swimming pool not hot enough. There is only one sauna and no steam bath. Needs renovation. The dinner quite poor.
