Overal we where happy and liked our stay a lot.

Liked:Most of the staff was great. Pool was good. Nice view and really calm to visit. Perfect location, great view during breakfast. Golf driving range is not expensive and really fun to do.

Disliked:Buffet diner was not so good. Jacuzzi is not heated (same temp as pool) Location is beautiful and lots of forrest arround, but this makes it hard for longer distance running.

Bad experience

Liked:The most worse experience on our trip. We have done the online Check-in and when we arrived at 14:55 we are not allowed to check in until 15:00. Then we have to wait more than 15 minutes to get our keys. To connect to the Wifi was not possible without the help of IT. The next day our key was disabled and I gave to go to reception 3 times to get access to our room again. On the breakfast the tables and also the coffee cups are totally dirty. No eggs at 08:30. The rooms are not clean....

Great hotel, bad air conditioning

Liked:Hotel is overall really good - surrounding is amazon, great locations, rooms r cozy and clean, and excellent breakfast.

Disliked:Only issue was the air conditioning. It was summer with 30 degrees- and it basically did not work in most rooms. We booked 3 rooms and had to move 3 times because of this, and eventually most hotel rooms we were offered had same issue. Staff really tried to help with moving us around, but were unable to get technical staff to fix the core issue. So if weather is not expected to be extra hot - this is a wonderful hotel.
