Not very happy.

Liked:Not very happy with a suite that cost $200. Chipped glass in kitchen, refrigerator not particularly clean, no stopper in bathroom sink, very slippery shower floor, no place to put wet soap on bathroom sink. Paper towels placed on top of fridge - too high for short person to reach. Rusty, dirty floor under fridge Haven’t gone to bed yet - we’ll see.

Liked:The front desk staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which was the one bright spot of the experience. Unfortunately, nearly everything else was disappointing. The pool at the hotel was closed, so we were directed to use the pool at a neighboring hotel owned by the same company. That pool area was extremely dirty, the water was freezing cold, and the hot tub was also closed. The condition of our room was unacceptable. There was black mold in the shower, hair on the linens, and an extremely foul odor throughout both the hallways and our room. The pillows were paper-thin and offered no comfort. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff, but the cleanliness and maintenance issues made for a very unpleasant stay. I would not stay here again unless significant improvements are made.
