Horrible experience

Liked:The location and hotel were nice.

Disliked:I was double charged for my stay, I prepaid but was charged again once I checked in, so overall, I was charged over $1000 for a 2 night stay. I had to go to the front desk several times, and I got a different answer every time. I spoke to someone about the charge not even an hour after I checked in, and he assured me he would take care of it. I was in town for an event and told him I would have to check back in the morning. The next morning, someone else was at the front desk and had no idea what I was talking about and told me she didn't see a double payment. I finally was told they had to call booking.com. my issue was not resolved until days later. I asked who was responsible for my overdraft, and the person on the phone said they would talk to her manager, who told her they would not be responsible even if it was not my fault. I also tried calling booking.com, who said they were not able to get someone on the phone from the hotel and sent me a link to upload both my proof of double charges, which I did, but I later got an email that it was not acceptable. Horrible experience Noone took responsibility for any of this. I finally got my money back almost a week later, but I have to pay the fees for the errors.

Clean and 24/7 coffee !

Liked:I drink coffee late at night and the man at the front desk told me that there is complimentary coffee and tea 24/7. The room was super clean ! The bed was nice and big. The AC was strong. I honestly have no complaints. It was a great stay.
