Liked:I liked the location and the pool seemed quite nice but never used it

Disliked:The pillows that were provided were old and had no support. The bed was hard and not very comfortable. The shower overflowed and caused a decent flood in the living room space. We had 4 people and we all had to share just one bed because the other bed/couch was the most uncomfortable option for our 2 kids.

Liked:Pool was nice, dog was around we like it, big apartment, nice staff. Big Kitchen.

Disliked:The windows and glass on the balconies were very dirty. The bed for the children was not prepared. There was no clothes drying rack, and no towels provided for the pool. The refrigerator door kept opening by itself, and one of the lamps was not working. There was also a serious problem with the shower. After a short time of showering, the water backed up and flooded the bathroom, and water leaked onto the floor and into the inner room. Towels were not changed during the day. Overall, the accommodation did not meet basic standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

Acceptable value. Not clean. Excellent staff.

Liked:The staff were very friendly, helpful and kind. They were the best part about the stay.

Disliked:The suite was not clean, the furniture and accessories were not clean and even some dirty. The cutlery from the kitchen was oxidized, there was no place to put rinsed dishes. The shower made a mess every time because the water flowed out from the floor. The couches from the living area were very dirty.
