Cancellation

The Grand Park Royal Cozumel offers direct access to the Royal Village Shopping Centre, and guests receive special discounts when showing their wristband in shops. Reservation required (some restaurants). Dress code lunch: Sleeves shirt for men and dry clothes for all guests. Dress code dinner: Gentlemen: Long pants, sleeves shirt and close-toed shoes. Maximum occupancy in the room: 4 people. Maximum 5 reservations with the same guest name. Term and conditions apply, please check the policy section. Upon check-in, all our guests are required to present a government-issued ID. Accompanying minors need to show a birth certificate or school ID with photo. An environment fee of MXN 82.12 per night per room is not included and will be requested by hotel at check in. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Children aged 0 -6 years can stay free of charge. Children aged 7 to 12 pay a fee. From age 13 onwards, the adult rate applies.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
