Great hotel, but the restaurant is a serious health hazard.

Liked:The hotel itself is excellent. The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and professional. Everything related to the accommodation met or exceeded expectations.

Disliked:Unfortunately, the restaurant experience was extremely disappointing. While eating a tuna steak, I found a sharp piece of metal wire inside the food. It appeared to be a fragment of a grill-cleaning brush, approximately 1–1.5 cm long, which could have caused a serious injury if swallowed. I immediately reported the incident to the restaurant manager and also informed the receptionist at the front desk. Surprisingly, no one apologized for what had happened or showed any concern about the seriousness of the situation. To make matters even worse, I was still charged for the meal despite the dangerous contamination. Finding a piece of metal in food is a serious food safety issue, and I sincerely hope the hotel reviews its kitchen procedures to ensure this never happens to another guest.

Liked:I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn future guests. The hotel itself is excellent. The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and professional. Everything related to the accommodation met or exceeded expectations. Unfortunately, my experience was ruined by a serious safety issue in the restaurant. While eating a tuna steak, I discovered a piece of metal wire inside the food. After examining it, it appeared to be a fragment of a grill-cleaning brush. The metal wire was approximately 1–1.5 cm long and sharp enough to cause serious injury if swallowed. I took photos of the object as evidence. This is not a minor quality issue or a simple mistake. This is a genuine health and safety concern. If a guest accidentally swallowed this piece of metal, it could potentially result in severe internal injuries and require medical attention. Because of this incident, I have serious concerns about the restaurant’s food preparation and safety procedures. The hotel management should immediately review kitchen operations and implement stricter quality-control measures to prevent something like this from happening again. It is unfortunate because the hotel itself is very good, but guest safety must always come first. For that reason, I am forced to give this property only 2 out of 5 stars. Excellent hotel. Dangerous restaurant. I sincerely hope management takes this issue seriously and improves food safety standards for future guests.

Liked:It’s my second time in this hotel, Amazing views and nice staff, the food at the restaurant was great (a bit pricey in my opinion) There’s also an option for one time breakfast in bed which was really nice:)

Disliked:It takes them about 30-40 minutes to bring your food at breakfast because there are a lot of people
