Liked:Location, air conditioning worked, large refrigerator, apartment was clean, the front security gate was lockable when we stayed there, the neighbors were nice, the location is very convenient to shop for groceries, short walk to the water.

Disliked:The apartment is dark and cave like (this might be a plus in the summer months). There were no views to the outside and there was no outside space. It's a residential building and there was a huge pile of trash outside the front gate, we did not see any cockroaches in the apartment, but we saw several running around the hallway outside our door.

Liked:About six blocks from the city center plenty of room in the apartment with a full kitchen and living room plus Wi-Fi and internet connected TV One of the best values for Cozumel especially since you get a kitchen and full living space not just a small hotel room .makes a stay much more comfortable

Disliked:Other apartments are very close and some of them are very loud including next door woman who thought blaring '80s soft rock at concert levels on a Sunday morning was a good idea. I don't need to hear Michael Bolton at ear splitting levels she refused to turn it down even though I went next door and told her but that is not the fault of this apartment of course

Liked:I was very pleased with this apartment. It beat all the air bnbs I have stayed in. The kitchen is in great shape and well equipped. The bed is very comfy and the bathroom is very nice. I was very impressed with the host's attention to detail and how quickly they responded to inquiry. So easy for a walk to the supermarcado This did not bother me but about 15 min walk from the tourist center. I highly encourage you to check out the restaurants on the main street steps away from your door. Not "tourist center" but in my opinion much better

Disliked:Nothing I'd live here and be happy
