Highlights
Could Improve
Several guests report poor pool maintenance and 'dense'/unclean pool water; cleanliness around pools is a notable negative.
Mixed but leaning negative: guests mention lack of attention for anniversary requests, no help with luggage, unresponsive reservation chat and poor frontline assistance.
Positive comments about views, beach and general setting; some access issues (taxi/Uber restrictions) but overall location and scenery are strengths.
Guests praise the room comfort and hotel infrastructure; rooms and pools are highlighted as positives in multiple reviews.
Variety of venues available is noted positively, but practical amenities are lacking (no umbrellas/shade, limited bar/club hours, missing basic items like toothbrush when requested).
Mixed perception: some enjoyed past experiences but current closures/extra charges (e.g., for missed restaurant reservations) and service gaps reduce perceived value.
Several reports of poor buffet quality and bad cocktails, though a few guests praised specific meals; overall F&B sentiment is negative.
Overall mixed but with meaningful positives (family atmosphere, infrastructure, views) tempered by service, F&B and pool cleanliness issues; guests feel the experience has declined compared to earlier visits.
