Liked:Marisol and Aturo were very helpful butlers. Immediately assigned to us, they created a group chat and kept updating us with all our program for the day.meeting and taking us to the various places. Booking restaurant reservations for us. On the last day during checkout, they came to intervene in a misunderstanding concerning our billing. They were very helpful. Hope to work with them when we visit again. Vincent was also very very helpful and was available to plan my wife's surprise birthday decoration and package. He put everything together. Great gentleman and very communicative. Made sure everything in my wife's birthday surprise package worked as planned.

Definitely worth staying here!

Liked:We had such a great time at the Royalton! The staff was absolutely amazing! Specifically, Samara and Sandra (our personal butlers) were such a joy! They checked in on us, made reservations for us, and even called to find us a dentist when we had someone in our group that needed one unexpectedly! They truly cared about making sure we had the best experience! When we come back, we will be requesting to have them again!

Not enough time

Liked:The staff in general was really warm and good with us. Samara and Sandra were the best, always helping us with any question or doubt that we had or with any scheduling. The rooms and hotel atmosphere were great, We are planning to go again and stay for more time, 3 nights felt really short
