It is my second visit but will not be the last

Liked:The fact that everything is included makes it so comfortable that we never went out if the hotel, plus you didn’t have children running around. Add to that, an exceptional staff that enjoys making you comfortable and happy. Good food, every drink you can think of, and plenty of restaurants and bars. Perfect place for a resting vacation (although they have plenty of activities)

Disliked:Lack of light in the rooms, need to have more bright lights, especially for senior people, to move around and work with luggage.

Calm Vibe, Great Food & Service

Liked:Loved the service and the food! Both exceeded our expectations. I expected a slightly elevated experience based on reviews, price point, etc., but we were pleasantly surprised. I loved that it was a smaller, calmer, upscale resort and that it was still easy to find chairs by the pool (even in the afternoon - gasp!). I brought two people who had never been to Mexico before and the staff really helped ensure the trip was beyond good for them. I'd advise those that want a party atmosphere, loud music, games all day and swim up bars to look elsewhere; this is not that place. It's calm, with a few activities and a handful of pools and restaurants. It was perfect for us, but may not be perfect for everyone. Location is on the southern part of the hotel zone so the distance from the airport is short too.

Disliked:I don't really have complaints. The gym is a little bit small so it could get crowded btw 7:30-9ish, but it was fine.
