Time for a wake up call

Liked:The staff are brilliant and are a part of the reason why people return

Disliked:The food continues to get poorer every year compared to similar or cheaper priced resorts. The constant selling is annoying, from the timeshare staff to the upsell of booze when your in an all inclusive resort. Management need to take a trip to some of their competitors in cancun and playa. You can see why this place is half empty midweek compared to a few years ago. It become a 3/4 day stay place.

Love the Temptation experience

Liked:We thoroughly enjoy Temptation, always have fun and meet other fun people. Love the shows, dancing and the social pool. Part of what makes it such a great experience is the excellent staff. Our butlers are absolutely wonderful, especially Nacho and Yamy. When we arrive we get immediate special treatment especially by Bianca. The waiters and waitresses are exceptional in their desire to take care of us and every service person is polite and happy! Will definitely go back again next year!!
