Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. All payments made by American Express credit card applies the 5% commission in case of cancelations and/or refund. For security reasons, all guests must present the credit card used to book, otherwise the hotel will refund the deposit to the credit card used to guarantee their stay and guests will have to pay the stay total amount directly during check in. Up to two children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. The hotel will charge an additional fee of $72.62 Mexican pesos per room, per night.
