Relaxing time!!

Liked:The amount of lounge chairs- but the chairs that were more inland - it would be nice if they had umbrellas

Disliked:The pizza at the pool- it was not horrible but it was very doughy. Did not like. Other than that the pool service, food from ceviche ría and drinks were good.

Liked:Geovany cares so much for hos guests and really wants to give them an amazing tasting drink. He is so friendly and always makes you feel like part of the marriott family. I would definitely book again just because of his excellent service and friendliness.

Incredible Time!

Liked:This was our second stay at the Marriott Cancun, and once again it exceeded our expectations. My husband and I had an amazing vacation from July 19 to July 23. As a Titanium Elite member, I was delighted to receive an upgrade to an oceanfront room. Our room was always immaculate and maintained in perfect condition throughout our stay. The food was above average for an all-inclusive resort, with plenty of delicious options. A special thank you to the incredible staff who made our vacation so memorable—and who are the main reason we will be returning. Giovanni, Miguel, and Lisandro at the adults-only swim-up bar provided exceptional service every day. They are truly tremendous assets to Marriott. Another highlight was our teppanyaki dinner. Chef Doroteo put on an amazing show, and the food was outstanding. We also loved Monday night's performance by the band "Divina Star." They were incredibly talented, energetic, and made the evening so much fun. Marriott is always my first choice, whether I'm traveling for business or on vacation. I appreciate the consistency across the brand, and I always feel comfortable and safe when traveling internationally. Experiences like this one are exactly why I continue to choose Marriott time and time again. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so special. We can't wait to come back soon!

Liked:Guess what time is a very good hotel. Very exceptional. Very good service very good food on time with everything and anything and everything that we needed they did for us. Staff amazing management. Amazing. I give this hotel 100 out of 10. Thank you so much for having us.
