Calm and spacious

Liked:A bit of mixed experience for my group with this one, although the property as such has a really good potential - especially for a larger group of friends. The location is definitely great and it's a very spacious villa, in a closed area, lots of space in and outside, well kept swimming pool, with pretty extensive amenities inside, though the villa is a bit dated - it could use some renovation or refurbishment. Still, generally, that's a really good choice for both short and longer stays in this part of Cancun.

Disliked:In the beginning, there was a problem with some 'hidden beds' and dirty sheets on those. The issue was resolved later. However, the contact or communication with the management of the property is not always straightforward, but I can't say impossible - it was probably mainly the linguistic issues or maybe just somewhat different expectations on my part.

Lovely family holiday home

Liked:Gerado was brilliant and answered any queries straight away & gave clear instructions on how to get to the house, etc. Pool was fab, we enjoyed staying there. House is very spacious and perfect for 3 couples. Private parking space is very handy if you are hiring a car. Short walk to bus stop, easy to get into town. Bigger supermarket is a 20 min walk away

Disliked:The house is a little tired in places, there is mould in one of the bedrooms, which was a bit unpleasant, and the addition of a dishwasher would have been very welcome. Few local restaurants/bars you are very much surrounded by all-inclusive hotels

Liked:The beach is very close by and the house is big and spacious. With everything you pretty much need for cooking.

Disliked:I didn't not like that the AC was not giving cold air, it was stuffy at night in the master bedroom. That was the only problem. Other than that everything was good. The house is near the pool.

Liked:We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible place located in the heart of Cancun’s Hotel Zone. The location was perfect—quiet, yet within walking distance of stores, restaurants, and all the essentials. The home itself was exceptionally spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated, making for a truly comfortable stay. One of the standout features was the shared pool, available to the small gated community of 8 to 10 villas, providing a relaxing and private atmosphere. The host was fantastic—highly responsive and easy to communicate with, always available to answer any questions. Initially, I was a bit hesitant about the $200 security deposit via PayPal, but it was promptly reimbursed a few days after our stay, which added to the overall positive experience. If you’re looking for a well-located, stylish, and comfortable place to stay in Cancun, this is an excellent choice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again!
