Liked:Of all the hotels I have ever been to, this hotel has had the best service ever. The staff are absolutely fantastic, so attentive, friendly, the restaurants here even for hotel restaurants are FANTASTIC. The breakfast in particular and the lunch out by the pool. Even the swimming pools here are open all throughout the night which is normally rare, but the hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous. Couldn’t have enjoyed my holiday more and the hotel was a MASSIVE reason for that

Disliked:Only thing I can say is it’s a bit of a long walk down to the main party area, though it is still walkable (just long in the heat). But if I came back tomorrow with this in mind, I would still book this hotel as I can’t imagine getting any better than this

Disliked:The receptionist tried to double charge us taxes and extra fees upon checking in. Only when we questioned the amount discrepancy, they corrected the amount.
