Disliked:There was no response via Booking.com or phone calls when i tried to reach out to them to organize for me a cab from Cancun Airport to the hotel which made be ripped off by the taxi drivers at the airport. I got to the hotel and the receptionist was not attentive and gave me a room that had not been cleaned and the toilet was dirty. Terrible services.

A total disappointment and the staff were unwilling to accomdate

Liked:It was described as being clean and nice.

Disliked:The beds were uncomfortable. The staff was unhelpful. I was also promised to only pay for the first night and I had booked for three nights. The circumstances is that my husband was in the hospital in Cancun and it was. I needed a place to stay near the hospital. He got out of the hospital sooner than expected and we needed a bigger room with a bigger bed because of his heart issues. We also needed a refrigerator for his medicine. They could not accommodate us.
