Cancellation

Prices include the taxes and fees paid when you book. Some hotels charge a resort, city or service fee on arrival; where they do, the amount is shown with each room and at checkout. A valid credit card is required at check-in.

Upon check-in photo identification and the credit card used to make the reservation is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. One extra child or adult will be charged USD 150 extra per person per night when using existing beds. Chianti Restaurant Policies: One complimentary dinner for every 3 nights of all-inclusive stay. Advance reservations are required. Umami Restaurant Policies: One complimentary teppanyaki dinner for every 5 nights of all-inclusive stay. Advance reservations are required. One complimentary sushi bar dinner for every 3 nights of all-inclusive stay. No advance reservations are required. Only children 8 years and older are allowed at the teppanyaki and sushi bar. Guest will be asked to pay a deposit of $150.00 USD or $3,000.00 MXN per stay. It will be refunded during check out. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A deposit may be required at the property.
