Please note: The Grand Park Royal Cancun – All Inclusive operates an all-inclusive policy. On-site dining as well as a daily activities programme and live evening entertainment are included. Please note Grand Park Royal Cancun – All Inclusive aims to find sustainable practices; you can make use of room service once every 24 hrs. A second service within this period will have an additional cost of USD 15. The use of purified water dispensers is implemented in the hotel areas. Each room will be provided with 1 container of water per person (over 12 years old), and the use of plastic water bottles will be replaced. Upon check-in all guests are required to show a government-issued ID. Accompanying minors need to show a birth certificate or school ID with a photo. Guests are required to provide the same credit card used to make the reservation. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Children aged 0–6 years can stay free of charge. Children aged 7 to 12 pay a fee. From age 13 onwards, the adult rate applies.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Liked:I booked this hotel for around a week and a half, and unfortunately, my stay turned out to be extremely disappointing. During the first 3–4 days, everything was relatively fine. The food was good, the beach was still beautiful, and the rooms were acceptable. I had stayed at this hotel around three times before and came back because I used to like the overall balance: a nice beach, decent rooms, and good food. However, after a few days, the situation changed dramatically. The main buffet was moved to what looked like a conference room, and the quality of the food dropped significantly. At breakfast, there were not even basic boiled eggs, and no one was preparing fried eggs or omelets. Lunch and dinner became very poor: the number of dishes was reduced several times, and even basic options like pasta disappeared, except in some strange salads. For a hotel of this level, this is completely unacceptable. Another major issue is the ongoing renovation, which was not communicated in advance. During our stay, the main restaurant, the beach restaurant, the area near the gym, the reception, and even the main entrance to the hotel were under renovation. The reception was moved, creating additional inconvenience. In the building where our room is located, only 3 out of 7 floors are operating, while the rest are closed for renovation. I understand that the hotel may be going through a transformation after the acquisition/transition involving Rixos, but guests should not have to suffer because of this. If a large part of the hotel infrastructure is closed or operating in a limited format, guests must be informed clearly before booking or at least before arrival. At the moment, it feels like the management is not properly controlling the situation. Guests are paying for a hotel of one level, but in reality they are getting construction works, temporary areas, reduced food quality, and a significantly limited service experience.

Liked:I would love for somebody to call me at so I can share my very unhappy experience would never ever recommend this resort. Very disappointed I had no idea this was under construction 80% of the resort was being worked on while you were on an all-inclusive beach vacation all day we heard hammering and drilling extremely disappointing and the restaurants were all closed. We had buffet every day Italian it was very, very disappointed. I am extremely unhappy, and no one told that this was under construction.

Disliked:We were very very unhappy anywhere you went the adult pool the regular pool it was all construction workers walking around constantly drilling hammering, moving rooms from one side of the resort to another side of the resort closing down half of the resort while we were there. dWe were there for seven nights, and the only restaurant was open was the Italian restaurant and the buffet the other restaurants were all under construction the day before we left the hibachi restaurant opened.

Would never go here again, the beach was nice, food was mediocre and service was atrocious.

Liked:The location was great.

Disliked:The staff were rude and we spent so much time asking for things to be fixed. My boyfriend does not eat pork for religious reasons, even after explaining this every single time - they continued to give us the wrong orders and would charge to replace. They also would lie when we would tell them we had received the wrong order and say we did not order that. Also, AC was not working and they would not record our calls in the system so no one would come to fix when they said they would and gaslight us that we didn’t make the phone calls. Also, the resort was under construction and did not have half of the amenities available. When I tried to talk to their customer service on site, they were condescending and did not help one bit. None of the items listed above would have been dealt with breakers because I know things will happen, mistakes will always happen but they would not take any responsibility or tried to fix things. It was a very frustrating stay.

Disliked:All staff around the hotel and kids club need better communication. There was restaurants that are still being rebuilt and the fact you charge extra for the Prime Sreakhouse is wrong
