Decent for the price

Liked:The food was decent. Location was excellent. Room was nice and spacious with a small pool. The room cleaners were friendly.

Disliked:The communication with the front desk staff. I booked 3 rooms and the ac wasn’t working in one of them. The staff was not helpful. We had to pressure the staff in order to get things resolved.

Liked:It had really good views depending on your room.

Disliked:There is a lot of construction so it is very loud. Our tower they was working on so early in the mornings it was obnoxious. At the adult pool they are currently working on the bar and it was very noisy and loud. Definitely hard to relax at the property with all the loud construction. Had we know this we would have delayed our stay or booked another hotel our the whole reason for our vacation is to relax. Also when we booked our stay I wanted to be on the top floors and was put on the first so I had to wait until a room was free in our tower to change.

Disliked:So much construction going on and a lot of the restaurants were closed. We heard construction sounds all day long so we tried to not be in the room. The mirrors in the room were also very scratched.
