Liked:Some staffs are friendly.. Rooms are perfect size.

Disliked:Some staffs are rude especially nightshift staffs at the restaurant. Food is not tasty. Soup is too salty, roast beef tasteless, rice is so much salt. Dessert are almost same taste all are like jelly texture and pudding like. All restaurants....serve food are salty. The chef need to back to school.

Great staff front desk and at the buffet area.

Liked:It was easy to communicate with the staff. They were very friendly.

Disliked:I did not like that I booked an inclusive hotel and I was not able to eat at any of the restaurants. Only the buffet. I paid for all inclusive and was never able to book on the app it always said either no space or my party of 3 was not able to get accommodated. That was a bummer very annoying.

This hotel beats every hotel experience I’ve had and I am so looking forward to returning for more enjoyment!

Liked:The entertainment, service, and foods were all up to per!

Disliked:Very clean and convenient. It is just a few steps to the beach.

So-so at best, but a nice beach.

Liked:Nice beach.

Disliked:They charge extra (it's meant to be all-inclusive) for room service, booking dinners has to be done through an app that doesn't work, and some staff were rude.
