Set expectations low, you may like it.

Liked:Size is as described. The host made it clear in the welcoming message that we should not flash paper down the toilet as it may clog it.

Disliked:The description is misleading. There is no penthouse. Is the third floor apartment in a tired building. It has access to the roof top through a 2 feet wide staircase. The kitchen is from the 1970s. There is no AC in the main living area.

Very spacious, pretty apartment in quiet residential area

Liked:Clean and very spacious apartment with all amenities and lovely decor. The beds were very comfy and there was a really great cafe/convenience store directly downstairs. The rooftop was a great bonus!

Disliked:The location is in a quieter neighborhood but is quite far from any beaches. Neighbors can be heard through the wall. This may not always be the case but ours, during our stay, were very noisy. I think this apartment may be managed by someone else. So it’s not the fault of this property at all but might be something for future travelers to know. Some travelers may also want to know that there is no lift, only stairs to the top floor.
