I would stay again .

Liked:The beach is right next door Lovely beach, calm, light sand and clean water There are enough beach chairs for the beach and the pool Nice swimming pool Also beach towels You will get a quick response from the host. Helpful. Really good location (not quite in the center, but really close) A kiosk on the other side of the road
Disliked:Shabby general appearance Stains on towels and sheets Traffic noise Weak water pressure in the showers Little ants in the kitchen, if there are any crumbs left No dishwasher No 24-hour reception, but a friendly and helpful person on site during the day

Liked:Spacious and clean apartment located by the beach, which is beautiful. It is located by a couple of small shops ideally for milk bread etc. Otherwise, a short walk 20 mins to the main area. A nice walk! Good location. The owner was prompt with any queries. Thank you!

Best of Both Worlds

Liked:We loved the fact that there's a little curbside restaurant right outside the security fence and we liked the fact that there was a security fence. To tell you the truth, we liked everything about our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. There's site management/maintenance on site pretty much 24 hours a day that brings in your chairs from the beach at the end of the night and willing to help out with anything you need. The guys were a lot of fun to have around and added to the overall experience. The choice of a pool or ocean to swim in was also a big plus. The best part I think though is you are situated right between the 2 resort areas so you get the feel of being with the locals but are within walking distance of all the amenities and shopping. The beach is very quiet and there's no peddlers trying to sell you stuff. Just sun, sand and relaxation. Another thing to note not mentioned is the triple water filtration system set up so you don't need to spend tons of money on bottled water. But if you prefer, there's a couple stores just across the street where you can get water, alcohol, smokes, snacks, etc. I'd go back in a heartbeat.
Disliked:Not much to add in the "don't like" section. There was some renovations going on in the surrounding condos but they waited till late morning/early afternoon to start work so there's no interruption to sleep. Could have used more toilet paper and garbage bags but very minor stuff. We did lose the pilot light on the hot water tank so had one cold shower but within 2 minutes of a text to the host maintenance was there and hot water was back.
