Liked:Excellent location; very good security and clean, well maintained complex; wonderful compact pool and common areas; excellent wi-fi; reasonably well equipped kitchen with large roomy fridge (though we didn’t cook that much)

Disliked:Biggest problem was no washing machine/dryer — for such a large unit aimed at families (we were in Villa #4) this is unexpected and a big no-no. they do offer some laundry service but still seems unacceptable. Then we had quite a few plumbing problems with water not draining well from showers and water leaking from the 2nd floor right on top of the dining table (was even unusable one day). The manager Caty was very helpful and quick to bring a professional but I got the feeling the place has some maintenance due. Last, some rooms require lots of stairs (4 levels in all) so it was a good workout 😉

Great place for families, not looking for “coco bongo” noise with very good bus connection both directions.

Liked:Located in the middle between Cancun downtown and main beaches in hotel zone. Bus stop is very close. Nearest public beach (Playa Langosta) around 1.5km (Playa Tortuga visible on google maps is located closer to hotel zone). You can also use the beach by the hotels (Playa Linda) located behind Xcaret Ferries, around 500m walk. Property offers a lot of space. Rooms are huge and comfortable. Each room has own AC. Garden and pool is amazing and maintained daily. Small convenience stores, pharmacies and 2 Mexican restaurants are within 300m. For bigger shopping you need to go to downtown or hotel zone.

Disliked:Outdoor space could have a couple more sunbeds. It wasn’t a problem during our stay though as there wasn’t a lot of people. Outdoor area is “closed” after 9 pm. There’s a guard watching and you can’t even read a book after 9 outside. For the “cooks” - kitchen is rather small and there’s no dishwasher, but it’s totally fine for 2 people preparing meals - more than 2 and it gets crowded. There’s a busy street going through the whole island, pretty noisy even at night.
