Liked:Very good location, perfect pool and beach, nice views, bus stop next to hotel, friendly staff.

Disliked:Randomly not functioning elevators in our part of the hotel, expensive restaurant, frying pans - not usable because teflon was down on many places, need to test the functionality of Kitchen equipment because some of them are not working

Great location, excellent pool, and love the kitchen!

Liked:The pool and location is great. It’s only 15 mins from the airport. The room has an oceanfront view and the sound of the waves was very peaceful. The beds were comfortable. The kitchenette was awesome! It had a french press, kettle, induction cooktop, and fridge. We were able to cook all of our meals in the room. The AC worked great. Hot shower and had soap and shampoo.

Disliked:The room wasn’t exactly like the photos. It definitely needs some maintenance. The chair cushion covers were gone and the plastic was ripping. The dresser was missing a handle. The sliding glass door with the oceanfront view was very dirty from pigeons shitting on the balcony and glass (it wasn’t a full walk out balcony or anything like that). We asked the staff if we could open the doors to clean the glass and also get some fresh air, and they let us know it is sealed and doesn’t open. We didn’t spend much time in the room so it was fine. We were also only there 3 nights. I think a longer stay wouldn’t be that comfortable.

Great balcony

Liked:Location was fantastic. Pool and common areas were well maintained. The buildings had lots of character.

Disliked:Had to wash everything in the kitchen before using. The pots and pans were badly scratched Teflon. The photos of the room showed a couch which is why we chose the room, but there was no couch. When I asked if they could provide a chair to sit on, they refused. Zero effort to fix.
