Amazing and unique value, worth preserving!

Liked:the beach is on the property, so is the pool and actually probably the beach is closer than the pool in some cases.

Disliked:One thing I have noticed over the years is a gradual change in the beach environment around the hotel. Since my first stay in 2017, there has been a significant increase in jet ski rentals, water activities, and party boats/yachts operating near the beach. Unfortunately, this is starting to affect the peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere and the natural beauty of the area, which was one of the things I particularly appreciated about this hotel. The same seems to be happening along the beaches around other hotels in the area, such as the InterContinental. I understand that these services may be operated by third parties and are likely outside the hotel's control, so this is not intended as a criticism of the hotel itself. I simply hope that the area can preserve its natural character and peaceful atmosphere in the future.

We enjoyed the beach and our stay, had some good meals both at the hotel and in the vicinity.

Liked:Beach was lovely, restaurant had a great location on the beach with good food. the room had a street view, quite basic but had all necessities; coffee maker, iron, guest amenities. The staff was very friendly and very helpful.

Disliked:The shower door was leaking, very basic room.

Good but needs a few tweaks

Liked:Excellent location and seaweed-free Great bed and bedding Reception and wait staff were very nice indeed Amazing waitress who did beach service on Saturday ( Arden ? ) - lovely personality and really delivered service with a smile - an absolute star 🌟🥇

Disliked:Service was hit and miss in the beach restaurant Long wait times for food F&B manager you have some work to do : Have staff check with clients during the meal Is everything ok ? Can I get you anything else Basic stuff but it didn’t happen Upgraded to a sea view one bed apartment - it had an adjoining door to the next apartment with zero soundproofing - I asked for a quiet room - what I got was a family with 2 young kids next store who quite literally screamed for a good part of the day - perhaps separate our families with kids and those they don’t - it was not a good end to my stay
