Comfy beds and pillows, and almost infront of the biggest mall plaza las américas cancun

Liked:The rooms are very clean, very comfy beds. Easy to access right in town on main avenue and walking just about 10 minutes is the biggest mall in downtown cancun. Walking distance has many restaurantes of diferentes style food. But right infront is great tacos los tarrascos.

Better than it looks from the outside

Liked:We stayed at this hotel as part of a tour group. It was much better inside than I was expecting from the outside. Our room was great, 503 . Our friends room another one on the same floor was good but not renovated like ours. Staff were lovely. The shower was a rain head one with no option of another shower head and no shower cap so your hair has to get wet. The room had a small fridge and microwave. There was a pod coffee machine and two cups but no coffee, tea or spoons. It was a little noisy from the traffic but the location was good, only about 300m from the largest shopping centre in the area. Breakfast was scrambled egg with bacon and toast and papaya.

Ok...

Liked:Great for a one night stay in Cancun, getting in or out of the city. It's a good location to spend a night, not much more. It's well located, easy access to airport and main roads, so you can move on quite easily.

Average hotel, ok stay, could get something better probably.

Liked:Average hotel. Quite difficult to get there. Could work more in have it cleaner. Check In is pretty easy. You may struggle for a parking space (safe). Kind of well located. They serve breakfast but not included in the night rate. Located in Cancun Downtown.
