Liked:Breakfast Buffet

Disliked:This Hotel was closed. Booking is not aware. Once I arrived I was took to a sister hotel . The AC went out in this hotel and the sister company AC is going out. I had a dentist Appointment. Only stayed Two days but NEVER again. The staff was rude about the accommodations in regarding the AC. Booking should be aware. I was NEVER offered a Refund but just relocated to the sister Hotel that is having AC issues.

Good hotel in Cancun city.

Liked:Breakfast was very good. Shower worked great, as did the AC. Very clean.

Disliked:Could hear all of the outside noise in my room. Bed was a bit hard.
