Solid choice in a convenient location

Liked:Second stay. This time we got a good room at 8th floor, view to the mountains. The problems with flushing we had in the previous stay were not present in the room. I noticed that the staff were smiling this time.

Disliked:There were two blackouts during this stay, but of course it's not within hotel's responsibility. Anyway, lifts were working during blackouts too. I would suggest to add tags at stored baggage, it increases the safety feeling.

Comfortable, spotless and friendly in the center of Almaty

Liked:Great location, with super friendly and polite staff. The rooms are spotless, and housekeeping does an excellent job. The breakfast included is amazing and with a good variety of foods. Beds were quite comfortable and the. A/C worked great. I’d gladly stay here again when I return to Almaty.

Comfortable stay

Liked:Very spacious room with comfortable beds. Quiet environment without noise from outside nor other rooms. Large double shower. Good set of amenities. Complimentary water supplied every day.

Disliked:We had some problems with toilet flush, rather weak and late to refill. Air conditioning a bit noisy. Breakfast was pretty average.
