Good hotel to stay with family

Liked:Location of the hotel was helpful to reach parks and several key places in the city. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent overall, but it would be even better if some food were not cold (eg: omelets). This was one of few hotels in Almaty with spacious triple room. Overall, good hotel to stay with family.

Disliked:Quality of certain food presented for breakfast should be improved, especially cheese. It was quite disappointing to not have any cleaning device in the toilet, despite Kazakhstan being a Muslim country. Bathroom facilities were not in great shape overall.
