Very good stay.

Liked:Very good accommodation.Very helpful and pleasant staff.Juan, the operational manager went out of his way to help .very responsive to the client’s needs.

Disliked:Choice of food limited due to seasonal closure of The Mediterranean restaurant which we had not anticipated.

A wonderful place if we had stayed between November and March.

Liked:The location was nice, the hotel has great esthetics and wonderful beach view.

Disliked:We arrived during sargasum season so we weren't in the water at all, but that's wasn't La Zebra's fault. There were plenty of bugs in our room, the room was clean but there were roaches that got in from the outside. The hotel zone is not the cleanest of streets and it's summer time so that is to be expected.

La Zebra Tulum: A dream stay in the Caribbean beachfront

Liked:La Zebra Tulum is an excellent stay. From the location to the rooms and amenities, it makes for an ideal visit to the Caribbean. The staff is welcoming and hard-working. The beach was also amazing, despite the sargasso floating by. That which landed on the beach was reduced every day. The food and drinks were also excellent. Happy hour Mezcalitas from 5-7pm was a highlight too. Honestly we couldn't have been happier with our stay. We also loved the pour-over coffee in the room, as well as the spacious closet, great AC, huge balcony, comfortable bed, and incredible view. There's nothing to flaw. Pro tip: Take away your dnd dream catcher for a great turn down service.

Disliked:The only slight blemish was the price of organized activities. This is out of control in Tulum in general, but something to note. Still, there was plenty enough to do nearby. I recommend Sian Ka'an (use the Punta Alem cooperative tour).

Disliked:Rooms were expensive. Some workers provided excellent service, friendly, and helpful, while others did not.
