Amazing Service

Liked:We had a very relaxing time. The room was absolutely amazing, but the main attraction was the hospitality. Everyone at Encantada truly cares about your comfort and convenience. We’ve traveled all over the world. Some locations are better, some are worse, but never have we found the level of genuine hospitality as we found in Tulum generally and Encantada especially. When we return, it will be directly because of the impression the team at Encantada made on both of us during our stay.

The Best In Tulum

Liked:We are coming back here our 3d year in a row. And not only because of location, beach, food etc but spectacular customer service. Alejandra, Paola, Melissa, Cristopher and entire servers team, housekeeping team became as our family. This time we had some celebration at the property and everything was ready and set the minute we arrived with some personalize gifts and goodies . I have no words to describe how happy and pleased we were! Best place in Tulum!

Paradise found

Liked:After a hectic couple of weeks touring around Mexico, this stay offered the perfect few days of complete peace and relaxation. We were incredibly fortunate to be upgraded to an ocean-view room — waking each morning to the sight of the sparkling blue sea and gently swaying palm trees felt like stepping into a tropical paradise advertisement. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay — warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Nothing was ever too much trouble, whether it was delivering a refreshing mojito to our private deck, securing restaurant reservations, or arranging an early-morning trip to the breath taking ruins of Tulum so we could beat both the crowds and the intense heat. We cannot recommend this property highly enough. It truly delivers a sense of indulgent escapism, with a perfect blend of luxury, tranquillity, and outstanding service.
