Its a great place for backpackers and families alike .An easy going place.

Liked:it really is a great little hotel but if I have to be honest, it has a hostel feel which was great anyway! The staff were great (young travelers)A general good vibe.

Disliked:Tried to charge us for towels to use the pool. Says breakfast included but u only get one option to pick out of 3. Room not the cleanest.

Treated like at home

Liked:Everything. The rooms were spotless, big and very confortable, the pool was so chill and clear and staff were really nice. The guy Lukas that makes breakfast cooks really well, breakfast is super good. The guys at reception treated me very well like home and tried to tell me advice about the town. It is definitely a nice experience and I would recommend staying here if you visit Tulum
