Short comings

Liked:Staff at check-in counter not courteous unwelcoming. Insistent on paper work /booking forms to match booking without interest to the customer welfare. Room for improvement. Staff at F&B Kevin rude fare paying customer ordering a cup of coffee ☕️ was asked to move or clear table to cater to buffet customer clearly unwelcoming n unethical.

Liked:The rooms are very spacious. And very clean. all the staff are very helpful.

Good place to stay in Shenzhen

Liked:Overall a good hotel located in a decently nice area of town. The room service response was quick. And also i ordered in room dining and food came within 30 minutes.

Disliked:The place do feel slightly old. And the buffet dinner was a little too pricey in my opinion.
