A good hotel, but they don't know a word of English

Liked:Room, services and attention according to the hotel's level. Breakfast excellent.

Disliked:Infortunately, the staff of the reception don’t speak a word of english. They only know how to use telephone translations. In this category of establishment, they should have a basic knowledge of this language, just about thehotel needs: no one wants to have an elevated conversation about philosophy or technique. Liked:I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, making it very comfortable throughout my visit. The location is excellent, with convenient access to nearby attractions and public transportation. The staff were consistently friendly, polite, and helpful, always greeting guests with a smile and willing to assist whenever needed. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service, and I would be happy to stay here again.

Disliked:If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the soundproofing. At times, I could hear doors closing in the neighbouring rooms and children making noise in the corridor. It wasn’t a major issue, but better sound insulation would make the stay even more comfortable.
