According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. At check in, children without parental presence must present an authorization signed by both parents and original identification documents. In the case children are accompanied by parents, original identification documents are required. Please note that the credit card used for the booking must belong to one of the guests. In case of reservations made in the Non-Refundable rates, the reservation center will send a payment link to your message box via the Booking.com platform. The card used must be presented at check-in. In this case, the amount charged to the credit card during the booking will be refunded. For reservations made by third parties, the payment must be made exclusively via PIX.
